By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.These terms can and will change at any time without warning.I have the right to decline any commission and I am not obligated to provide a reason for doing so.I do not begin working until I receive payment.
Payments are paid upfront, and are via Paypal USD Only.
An invoice will be sent when negotiations are complete.I will only give full refunds if no work has been completed.
This includes rough sketches.I retain the rights to every image I produce.I do not do commercial work and all commissions I do are for personal or nonprofit use only.The best methods to contact me for work are through email.
I work best with a thorough, detailed visual reference.
If you fail to provide necessary references I am not held responsible for unsatisfactory results.Major changes of any kind will cost extra if or after the commission is complete.Any edits to my work are to be done with my permission only.I hold the right to display, advertise and post all art created by myself unless specified.
The products may be posted to other websites by the commissioner. No credit needed.I do not allow my work to be used in blockchain or AI related technologies, commissions or otherwise.
If you would like to see the full process of your commissions, you can ask for a recording of the work either in speedpaint format or real time video.
As for adoptables + character designs
All other TOS terms apply.My adoptables are for non-commercial use only as I still retain all legal rights to my design.Once you buy the character it is yours to use as you please, and is thus out of my hands.
